Hayes-Payne is very proud of the work we do and through proactive planning by our management team our projects are completed at or below budget and on or ahead of schedule.  We perform more than 85% of the work with our own forces, thus assuring our clients that the contract scope of work will be completed in a timely manner and to highest standards of the industry

Who We Are

 Scott Hayesand Richard Payne are co-owners of Hayes-Payne.  We are a locally owned company with over 40 years construction experience combined. 

We are a full service licensed General Contractor providing preconstruction planning, design input, management support and developer warranty services.

Our goal is to make sure you get what you want when you want it.
